Lake Sovereign is a neighborhood of 128 upscale, custom homes located in Southern Cherokee County, Georgia. Our thirty-eight acre private, stream-fed lake, is available to owners and their guests for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, paddle boating or racing a radio-controlled hobby boat. Our quiet wooded setting, with extensive natural areas, boardwalk and private docks make the neighborhood unique for its location at the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains and within a short commute to the City of Atlanta.

Other neighborhood amenities include a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and a picnic/barbecue area. Our homeowner association is very active in planning a number of neighborhood social events during the year from a children’s Halloween Party, family barbecue and fishing derby, wine tasting to its annual holiday party, neighborhood garage sale and ladies ornament exchange during the holidays.
