The Board of Directors has approved an Architectural Review Committee Process for enforcing Declaration and ARC Standards violations. Each owner received a copy of the process. Owners can create a Violation Report on line and submit it electronically to the Architectural Review Committee to start the process. The Violation Report Form is available under the Governing Documents button on this website under the Architectural Review Committee section. The Architectural Review Committee is dedicated to noting violations, advising owners and overseeing compliance however, it is impossible for the ARC to note all violations. During the 2007 and 2008 owner surveys a high priority comment was the need to increase vigilance for Declaration covenant and ARC Standards compliance.
